  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click on the deposit tab.
  3. Make your deposit through our various payment options.
  4. Select the product you wish to deposit into.
  5. Enter the deposit details and submit your request.

Your request will be verified in a short while. Once your account is verified, you will be sent an email and SMS  with your new productaccount or have your existing product account balance top-up. (Each customer is only allowed to have 1 account for each product available.)

  • Deposit processing time are subject to online banking availability
  • The above mentioned processing times will only come into effect the moment we receive and verify your transaction request.

HOW TO MAKE A WITHDRAW

 HOW TO MAKE A WITHDRAW

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click on the withdrawal tab.
  3. Select the product you wish to withdraw
  4. Enter amount you wish to withdraw.
  5. Submit your request.

Friendly reminder:

  • Withdrawal processing time are subject to online banking availability
  • Withdrawal are only to be paid to individual bank account with the same REGISTERED name
  • All members are allowed to withdraw 1 time(s) per day.
  • Please be inform that large withdrawal amount might take longer processing time
  • Please note that member need to play minimum 1x turnover to make withdrawal
  • Please note that if you have any outstanding bonuses in your account you may not be able to withdraw until you meet the terms of the bonus.
  • The above mentioned processing times will only come into effect the moment we receive and verify your transaction request.

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click on the transfer tab.
  3. Select from the product list from the funds you wish to transfer from and to. (Please ensure that there are sufficient funds in your account for the transfer to avoid rejection.) Bonus funds are non-transferable.
  4. Submit your request.

  • The above mentioned processing times will only come into effect the moment we receive and verify your transaction request.
  • Please note that if you have any outstanding bonuses in your account you may not be able to transfer until you meet the terms of the bonus.
